WELCOME

Hello. I'm Michelle, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP). I believe healing is more than treating symptoms, it’s about caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Your mental health is woven into every part of your life, your body, your relationships, your sense of purpose. That’s why I practice psychiatry with both science and compassion, blending evidence-based treatments with a mindful, human-centered approach that honors your story.

I work with patients ages 12 and up, supporting teens, young adults, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. My care is personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and empowered.

In addition to comprehensive psychiatric care, I provide focused support for women’s health, addressing the mental and emotional changes of perimenopause, sexual wellness, and the mind–body factors that shape energy, sleep, hair, and skin.
